Refund Policy

To process an online return, ensure that your item(s) qualify for return by reviewing our returns policy. Please email us at info@lussobianco.com to initiate the return process. Repackage the item carefully, ensuring that labels and tags are still attached, and prepare it for collection. Your items will be collected within 3 business days. For returns within the UAE, the process is free of charge, with one free collection per order. Subsequent collections incur a 20 AED charge per collection.

We offer a 7-day full refund policy for payments made by card online. After 10-14 days, only store credit will be issued. Items must be returned in resellable condition, meaning they should be unworn, with tags attached, and hygiene stickers (for items like swimwear) intact. Damaged, soiled, or perfume-scented items will not qualify for a refund and may be rejected.

If you request a card refund, it can take up to 7-14 days to process, and the refund will be credited to the original card used for the purchase once we receive the returned items. If you choose store credit instead of a card refund, you will receive an additional 10% of your order value. One free exchange is available for UAE customers. However, if you wish to exchange an item more than once for a different size of the same product, a 15 AED cost will apply per collection and delivery. For returns outside the UAE, including GCC, Middle East, and other international locations, returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. To request a return, email us at info@lussobianco.com, and we will provide you with the return address. International return shipping is at your own expense unless the item is faulty or damaged. If you encounter any issues, please contact us, and we will assist you in finding the most efficient and cost-effective return option.

When returning items, use a tracked delivery service and provide us with the tracking number. Email us at info@lussobianco.com with the tracking information to notify us of your return. It’s important to clearly state that the package is a return when booking the courier service.
